Robyn Bowie
Robyn Bowie, MSTAT, trained as a dancer in the US. A dim but growing awareness that she was “trying too hard” led her to the Alexander Technique in 1980—and she has not looked back. She finished three years’ full time AT teacher training in 1993 and has taught privately, in college music departments, and on training courses ever since. Robyn teaches the Alexander Technique and also practises CraniioSacral Therapy.
