My name is Karina Essery and I am a fully qualified VTCT sports massage therapist and a member of the sports massage association and the guild of holistic therapists and abide by their strict codes of conduct. I am committed to continuing professional development in order to stay current with changing techniques and procedures and I am fully insured and hold a current first aid certificate.
I have treated clients from all walks of life including athletes, dancers, rugby players, horse riders, stunt performers, housewives and the retired and I am also fully qualified to treat horses and dogs.
It was my own accident that prompted me to study sports and holistic massage as it helped me greatly and changed my life for the better and now I hope to bring that knowledge to my clients. I am really excited to be joining the team at the Ishta centre and you will find me a caring and professional individual who's aim is to improve my client's lives by helping to reduce stress, pain, tension and promote relaxation.
