Beat Seasonal Stress with Reiki

WINTER is just around the corner and if we can manage to get out and about with our cameras before all the colourful autumn foliage disappears, there are some stunning photographs waiting to be taken. It is so relaxing to enjoy a walk through the woodland paths kicking the colourful crispy leaves and letting your mind wander and sort through any problems to be solved. This is the calm, relaxed state we should do our best to hold onto!

EVERY YEAR we say we will be more organised and get those Christmas presents early, wrapped and put away ready for the Festive Celebrations, but negative thoughts start to creep in like what about all the baking? What about all the food shopping? What about the new outfits for all the family? If we let our minds run out of control worrying and stressing about things we will end up being totally burned out by Christmas.

WHAT SHOULD BE a happy, relaxing time with our loved ones becomes an ordeal, thoughts of running off frequently pop up. Then with the dark days of winter it's hard to stay positive with grey clouds hanging over us. It's a struggle to get out of bed in the morning, it feels like every motorist is out to get us, the kids are turning into monsters demanding every toy that's on TV!!!!!!!!! And it feels like nobody cares.
