Slice of Life Cake

A big thank you to Liz who gave me this recipe years ago. It is great and a good source of essential fatty acids and healthy carbohydrates. Especially great for women.

100g Soya flour

100g Rice flour

100g Porridge oats

100g Linseeds

50g Sunflower seeds

50g Sesame seeds

50g Freshly ground or flaked almonds

200g Raisins

To taste Grated or fresh ginger

Cinnamon

Nutmeg

1 pint Soya or almond milk

1tbsp Honey

Method

Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.

Dissolve the honey and fresh grated ginger in the milk.

Add the dry ingredients.

Leave to stand for 30 minutes.

Put into a lightly oiled baking tray.

Cook for around 75 minutes at 190°C
