 Gooseberry and Goat's Cheese Salad

This is a quick and unusual hot cheese dish.

Ingredients

Gooseberries

Goat's cheese

Soft honey

Olive oil

Balsamic vinegar

Mustard powder

Method

Make a dressing by mixing 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of honey, about half a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, and a pinch of mustard.

Grill the goats cheese until just melting.

Stir-fry the gooseberries in olive oil for at most 30 seconds; add these and the dressing to the cheese.

Eat while the gooseberries are still hot.
