Elderflower Cordial 1.8 kg sugar 1.2 l water 20 heads elderflower rind and juice of 2 lemons and a lime, no pith 75 g citric acid heat water and add sugar to dissolve. Bring to boil and then pour over other ingredients. Leave 24 hours covered then strain and bottle.
