Singing with the Angels
A sound and vocal workshop

This is happening at the Ishta Centre on Friday 7th December 2007 7pm to 9.30pm.
The workshop has some structure but I always like to be open to whatever develops. there will be some simple vocal exercises, Sufi chanting to open up the voice, we will learn a simple round and a four part harmony song, and will finish with what I call harmonic alignment where we allow ourselves to explore our voices and harmony in a free form style. There will be focus and intention throughout the workshop so that we can gain an understanding of the power and energy of voice, music, harmony etc. There will also be a chakra meditation with Lesley Bailey.
