What is Meditation?

Meditation is being in a relaxing state with intent, where you can balance your Mind, Body & Spirit.

When you achieve this, your whole being comes together which empowers you.

Meditation can help you deal with anxiety, stress, pressure and help you feel calm, energised, more focused and a general sense of well being.

The ancient Chinese and others have used meditation in some form or other for centuries. Meditation is similar to daydreaming & visualisation, just a different name. You actually do it all the time, without intent, that is daydreaming. Now you can develop the skill such that you can turn the daydreaming aspect into a powerful tool towards creating your emotional well being.

About the course

Once a week, over 5 weeks, you will be taken through the techniques of meditation on each step of the way. You will learn about grounding yourself, protecting yourself and balancing your energy centres. You will be given a written article after each session for you to practise at home. By the end of the course, you will have the methods that you need to achieve a balance of your Mind, Body and Spirit through Meditation
