Skimmed milk more fattening than whole milk?

In 12,829 children ages 9 to 14 weight gain was associated with drinking skimmed milk (and 1% milk) not full-fat milk. Fat does not make you fat; sugar and starch make you fat and skimmed milk is mostly sugar. Removing the fat creates an artificial sugar-fat balance causing weight gain. If you're going to use milk, avoid no- and low-fat milk and use natural, non-pasteurized, non-homogenized milk. Remember, when baby cows are fed pasteurized milk they die. And when farmers want to fatten their pigs, they feed them skimmed milk.
