Hello! and welcome to this issue.

Well we had a great holiday in France in June.  Lots of playing on the beach, cycling, swimming and eating. Since we've been back it's just been soggy.  Take me back to the Languedoc.  Please.

New Therapist at the Centre

We have a new therapist started at the Centre.  Her name is Liz Beier and she does something called Natural Lift Facial Massage.  This looks as if it's going to be very popular.  We're all having a go too.  This article explains all about it.

More Staff Changes

Sadly Helen Nightingale, our reflexologist, has had to leave us.  We wish her well in her new endeavours.  This leaves us with a vacancy for a reflexologist.  If you are, or know of, an experienced reflexologist and think you would fit in at the Ishta Centre contact Allyn or Sue for more information.


A Review of Car Seats

Robyn Bowie, our Alexander Teacher, spent some time recently reviewing car seats to see which give good support.  This is a very common question we all get asked about.  It isn't a complete survey but it will give you an idea about how to assess a car seat for yourself if the car you are interested in isn't in the list.  Maybe we can persuade her to complete her mission over the next bank holiday weekend.

Stone's Holistic Health Fair

Sacred Dance News

Allyn is running a weekend residential dance workshop at Burton Manor in Cheshire from Friday evening 20th July to Sunday afternoon 22nd July.

These weekends are marked by their yummy food, exquisite location and fantastic company.
