I have had this book for ages and picked it up on a number of occasions thinking I'll have a go at these and put it back down again and walked away. In October I was motivated to find the book again and this time I have been putting the exercises into practise, with great results. I have lost 6 pounds and have more energy. On first reading the book the rites seemed a little strange and simple and the account of how they were found a little far fetched. Yet it struck a chord with me. The idea of using rites to stimulate energy centres is not a new one to me and this concept will be familiar with any one who has done any yoga. I think the beauty of this set of rites is its simplicity and the fact that it only takes around 10 minutes to perform them. As with all exercises you start of slowly and build up over a number of weeks/months. Any rite you have difficulty with you do less of or none at all until you reach a stage when you can. We were looking this book up on Amazon this week and found that it is no longer in print and any second hand copies are going for a packet, so if you have one look after it. We have found an online source of the book in electronic format, so if you would like to have a copy and have a go, you can get one from here. For those of you who prefer a physical book you could try getting one from Amazon, but it will cost quite a bit more. |
