Fat Loss for Idiots

If you remember last time we wrote an article about a radically new way to lose weight called calorie shifting. As promised in the last issue here is a report on how we've got on with this diet.

The Results

In the first eleven day cycle Allyn lost 8 pounds and Sue lost 4 pounds! In that time we didn't go hungry at all. In fact we probably ate more calories each day than we usually did.

We didn't get hungry but what we did get was bored.
