De-Stress the Fast Way with Binaural Beats The upcoming festive season is not known for its serenity. There is so much "stuff" to do that it's no wonder we get stressed. How would you like to regain that serenity quickly and turn it into a season of goodwill? How would you like to be able to enter a profound state of meditation and relaxation, at will, without having to have trained for years? We have been using something to do just that since 1993. It's called Binaural Beat Technology. It has been well known for decades that various mental states, like meditation, relaxation, creativity etc., have their own particular brainwave pattern. By changing the brainwave pattern in an individual you can induce the corresponding mental state. Traditionally this has been done by meditation techniques, breathing techniques, candle gazing etc., which all take time to learn. The same thing has been achieved in various technological ways, except that it happens instantly. One of the most accessible technological forms is using binaural beats to do this. What are binaural beats? If you player a certain tone into one ear and a different tone into the other ear, the brain notices the difference between the two and starts to resonate in time with the difference. So imagine playing a tone of 410 beats per minute (bpm) in one ear and a tone of 400 bpm in the other. The brain registers the difference of 10 bpm and the brainwaves start to move towards 10 bpm. This is the brainwave level associated with profound relaxation and light meditation. How long does it take to get you there? Well on average between 10 and 30 minutes. Not bad hey?
